"The Joseph Decuis Farm, Restaurant and Culinarium in Roanoke says it's the first Certified Humane restaurant in Indiana and only one of six in the country. The designation means the establishment's Kobe-style beef and eggs have been produced on its northeast Indiana farm according to the Humane Farm Animal Care organization's standards."
