"For the third year in a row, the Cat Care Society has partnered with Best Friends Animal Society, the megashelter in Kanab, Utah, for the National "Back in Black" pet adoption effort. Based on research from Colorado State University, black pets stay longer in shelters waiting to be adopted, so all black cats will be available on a "Name Your Price" basis from the Cat Care Society in November.
