'Tails of the Painted Cats' Art Project, On Display at Santa Fe Art District Galleries Through April 30
"Tails of the Painted Cats," the exciting 30th Anniversary Art Event Fundraiser for the shelter cats at the Cat Care Society (CCS), are now on display at Santa Fe Art District Galleries through April 30 (link to the PR Web newswire below for a list of the Painted Cats and Gallery Host). The announcement is made by Shari Shiffer-Krieger, CCS Executive Director, who says the exhibit includes 16 painted fiberglass cats, each about 28" tall and painted a different theme by local artists.
"Some of our Painted Cats are standing, and some are sitting, but they are all unique, original decorator pieces. Many organizations across the country have done various 'critter' art projects over the years with great success, so we decided this would be the perfect 30th Anniversary Fundraising Event to benefit our shelter cats here in Denver," Shiffer-Krieger explains.
