The menu will feature whitefish ceviche, chorizo-crusted sea bass with saffron risotto, empanada de pino (turnover with braised Wagyu beef, raisins and hard-boiled egg) and a fruit torte. It’s $40 with two glasses of wine, or $28 without the wine, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required; call 260-672-1715. The restaurant also will serve a four-course dinner on Valentine’s Day."
